Is a contract required for your service?
Only if you would be more comfortable with a contract. Otherwise, you can pay monthly or bi-weekly for our services.
Will my dog be safe around other dogs?
Part of our service is to insure the safety of each pet. First, when adding a dog to our service, we test them out with just one dog. If that works out we add more dogs to the mix.
What if a dog gets loose?
We do understand that some dogs are excellent except artists. By knowing that in advance, we insure the dog’s collars are in good condition and the correct amount of tightness.
Can if go away, can you house sit our pet?
At this time, that is not part of our services.
Can you just walk our dog by itself?
If our schedule allows it, we will walk your pet by itself.
Is there a distance limit for your taxi service?
Yes. The limit is the Vancouver area.
How much notice do you need for the taxi service?
We require 24 hour notice to schedule the transportation of your pet.
Do you provide the shampoo for the baths?
Yes, we will provide the soaps or shampoos for the bathing. If you prefer, we will use your products.
Where do you bathe the dogs?
The dogs are bathed in our location. That way leave your bathroom alone. Washing a dog can get very messy. We don’t want to leave a mess for your to clean.
How do I schedule a dog waste removal?
We can remove dog waste as needed or on a schedule. Three times a week or five days a week is recommended.
